Manchester United 2015-16 Away Player Issue Shirt, Adidas’ white and red change design built in lightweight Adizero construction for professional use. The shirt draws heavily on United’s classic 1980s Adidas away kits, with the white base, red shoulder stripes and black detailing giving it a sharp archive-led look, while the Chevrolet sponsor anchors it firmly in the mid-2010s era.

The player-issue version uses Adidas’ lighter Adizero fabric with added stretch, a closer athletic cut and reduced-weight detailing compared with the standard supporter shirt. Size 5 is printed inside the neck rather than using conventional retail sizing, one of the key identifiers of this professional-spec build.

The design was used during Manchester United’s 2015-16 FA Cup-winning campaign and is particularly associated with the final against Crystal Palace at Wembley. United came from behind to win 2-1 after extra time, with Jesse Lingard scoring the decisive goal, giving the white and red Adidas away shirt a strong place in the final season of Louis van Gaal’s spell at Old Trafford.
