2026-27 Aston Villa Home Shirt, Adidas’ all-claret home design inspired by some of Villa’s more unconventional shirts of the 1960s. The traditional sky blue moves away from full sleeves and into the polo collar, cuffs, three stripes and crest detailing, giving the shirt a distinctly retro silhouette with a clean sponsorless front.

Adidas Climacool fabric provides the lightweight, moisture-managing construction, with doubleknit material, embroidered branding and a sewn-on Aston Villa crest adding a more substantial finish. The fold-over sky blue collar with claret striping is the defining feature, backed by matching shoulder stripes and sleeve trim.

The 2026-27 design deliberately looks back to an era when Villa experimented more freely with their claret and blue identity, replacing the modern raglan-sleeve formula with an all-claret body and set-in sleeves. It gives this Adidas home shirt a clear archive reference while retaining the colours and lion crest that have defined Aston Villa for generations.
